The 8(a) STARS III GWAC provides government customers flexible access to customized IT solutions and services from SBA-certified 8(a) industry partners. In addition to traditional IT task areas like data management, software development, and system design, STARS III also promote solutions involving new and emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence/ machine learning (AI/ML); autonomic computing; blockchain computing; quantum computing; robotic process automation; technological convergence; and virtual reality.
